My journey with yoga began as a personal practice - seeking connection, balance, and presence.
The moment I stepped onto the mat, I felt a deep reconnection with myself, my breath, and the present moment.

I see yoga as both a mental and physical discipline, and this belief, combined with my passion for movement, led me to explore yoga more deeply. I started my training and quickly became fascinated by the human body - how it moves, how it functions, and how yoga enhances both strength and flexibility, This curiosity led me to dive deeper into anatomy based learning, where I discovered a true passion for understanding the body's mechanics and movement.
Now as a Yoga Instructor, I strive to share this knowledge and passion, helping others cultivate awareness, strength, and balance - both on and off the mat.
