Service Description

A private class gives you the opportunity to understand how to move during the flow, learning the basic poses correctly and ensure proper alignment. Without doing so, you’re at an increased risk of injury while doing yoga and no one wants that. This class is tailor made for your specific needs and goals. I will guide every step of the way, making sure the class goes at a pace that’s right for you. Please email elsa@yogawithelsa.net to make a private appointment. Pricing is for a single client, for a one hour bespoke functional yoga consultation at the client's home or work address. I'm also happy to arrange a private group session, please drop me an email and we can arrange something. Full refund when a cancellation is made 48hrs before an appointment. However only 50% will be refunded if cancellation is after this time. I can provide mats and other equipment if required. This can all be arranged over email when you make the booking.
